the wii

so jennifer and i went to walgreens last nite to look for a white chocolate bunny... or many. before we even made it out of the house it was suggested that we look at board games. walgreens sucks at having board games. we went to wal-mart and bought a wii.

of course everyone knows the wii sports games. it comes with the console. golf, baseball, bowling, etc. and everyone knows the wii sports games are full motion full body games. i plugged the thing in, we scooted the futon back and she made some adult drinks. we proceeded to bowl. bowling is the real gem for the average person. baseball is fun. tennis seems to suck, as well as boxing. i really enjoy the golf. well anyway, she eased off of the gaming and got on the phone. i moved the futon back into place and after a few minutes passed, wanted to bowl some more. i forgot about how i had just created "less space". i hit her computer. its fine. but wow, im sure glad the controllers have those little padded gloves on them.

anyway, ive been worshipping xbox 360 for about a year and a half now. i love it. its the focal point of my personal entertainment. i play games that look and sound beyond anything i could have ever imagined. i watch movies instantly from netflix. i watch tv shows, i can share pictures with friends, video chat, talk with 8 people across the world at one time. watch hd-dvd (RIP), i can download vintage arcade games and on and on and on and on. now i have this wii, which doesnt do near AT ALL, but, its really freakin fun.

so sad...

first off, i just want to say, i love .../... is like the best punctuation ever, except that its hard to end an sentence in it, cus then it just looks like ....

second... dont stalk me over xbox. thats really creepy and really lame. it makes me have to be more secure and protective about things that i should be able to enjoy openly. thanks.

this is how life is moving along

so i have been playing my older less favoured video games like crazy and i am cleaning up the points. awesome.

so i got all my tax crap taken care of. should have the refund in the bank in less than two weeks. it cost a pretty penny to have 31 W-2 forms from 30 states but it was worth it not to have done them myself. i will use the money to vacation a little more.

so i have vocal confirmation of a neat little week long mini-tour in mid march with one two old pals and some new ones. i would love for it to work out well for me. i like pleasing people and i hope i please this one as much or better as i have others in the past.

oh yeah, quite a bit of talk over buying a house around the apartment lately. wonder how that will pan out...

valentines day

so this was the first ever valentines day that i think i have ever had a real valentine. im not even sure ive ever had a fake one. this year i had one locked in. we both worked. damn it. we tackled the going out part a couple of nights before and i tackled the flowers even before that. our gifts to each other were a little out of the ordinary but very "us". she got me a deep fryer and a reba CD (i got the joke). i got her a tv tray and a movie and some insoles and a lump of dirt. sorry mom, i had to show her i could love her just as much as the other really important woman in my life. hers is pink and covered in shiny glue.

life is dandy. i love love.

because shes cute...

we went to a movie that was obviously made for women. "hes just not that into you". luckily, even at the end of a movie with that title, she was holding my hand. i have to say, i did enjoy it a bit. i guess this was just the first in many things that i have done and will do that i wouldnt, just cus this girl makes me happy. i now have Cosmo magazine coming to the house too.

today is my moms birthday. we sat on Skype for a bit and caught up. today was also the day that i made an appointment for a haricut. my hair is GIGANTIC lately.

hey there world. just sitting. hanging out. waiting on the last of my tax forms to be mailed to me from people i worked for last year. as soon as that happens i will drop em all off somewhere and have them done. 30 state forms, im not gonna do that myself.

i think its taco night here. she calls it pop, its fucking soda.

dad, from now on...

i went to wal-mart tonight and bought an HD antenna and i will now be able to watch network television live instead of only when i can get it online. i will have to watch stupid commercials but hey, free is free for a reason.
